Welcome to Fjorra Studio (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website [www.fjorrastudio.com] and our services. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

Fjorra Studio offers branding, design, and visual identity services, including:

• Logo design and branding packages
• Color palettes, typography selection, and brand guidelines
• Marketing and social media assets

Deliverables depend on the selected package and are clearly outlined before purchase.

2. Ordering & Payment

• All orders must be prepaid in full before work begins.
• Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
• Prices are displayed excluding VAT. VAT will be calculated at checkout based on your country and business type.
• Businesses with a valid VAT ID may qualify for tax exemption at checkout.
• Prices are final at the time of purchase. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

3. Project Process & Revisions

• Work is delivered in stages, and each stage requires client approval before proceeding.
• Each package includes two (2) free revision rounds unless stated otherwise.
• Additional revisions are billed separately at an agreed rate.

Client Responsibilities:

• Clients must provide all required information, materials, and feedback within reasonable timeframes.
• Delayed responses may result in project postponement.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We provide custom, non-refundable services. However, we offer the following policies:

Cancellations:

• If an order is canceled before work begins, a refund minus transaction fees (Stripe, etc.) will be issued.
• If work has started, refunds are not available.

Refunds:

• Due to the intellectual nature of our services, refunds are not provided once work has begun.
• If the client is dissatisfied, we offer two (2) free revision rounds to ensure satisfaction.
• If the client wishes to completely change the design direction after initial approval, it will require a new paid order.

Disputed Payments:

• Chargebacks and disputes filed after the project starts violate these Terms & Conditions.
• If a client initiates a chargeback after receiving work, Fjorra Studio retains full ownership of the designs, and the client forfeits rights to use them.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Clients receive exclusive rights to their final approved design after full payment is received.
• Fjorra Studio retains ownership of unused concepts and rejected drafts.
• We may use completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests confidentiality.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

• Fjorra Studio is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our designs.
• Clients are responsible for verifying trademark availability before using a logo commercially.
• We do not guarantee business success solely from our branding services.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

• All client information is kept confidential and used only for service fulfillment.
• Clients agree not to share proprietary materials or pricing information with competitors.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available at [www.fjorrastudio.com]. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
