At Fjorra Studio, we craft high-quality digital assets, ensuring a seamless and efficient delivery process. Since we provide design services, there’s no need to wait for shipping - your files will be delivered straight to your inbox.

Standard Delivery (14-21 business days):

Most branding packages are completed and delivered within this timeframe.
You’ll receive all final files in PNG, JPEG, AI, and PDF formats via email.

2. How It Works

We keep the process simple and hassle-free - just submit your details, and we’ll take care of the rest. No unnecessary back-and-forth, just a streamlined, professional experience.

Standard Delivery (14-21 business days):

1. Submit Your Order – Fill out the form with your brand details and preferences. 2. We Get to Work – Our team designs based on your input, ensuring a smooth process. 3. We Show You First Concepts - And you choose the one you like. Later we will be working with it. You can get a revision of the chosen logo if you want any additional improvements. 4. Request Revisions (If Needed) – Up to 5 minor adjustments included in your package. 5. Receive Your Branding Package – You get professionally designed assets, ready to use. 5. Final Delivery – Once everything looks perfect, we send the finalized files.

For most packages, everything is handled seamlessly - no back-and-forth needed. We only reach out if clarification is required.

3. Revisions & Adjustments

We want your brand to be perfect! That’s why we offer up to 5 revisions to fine-tune your design.

How to Request a Revision:

Review your design – Once you receive your branding package, take a look.
Send us your feedback – Submit a revision request via email within 3 days of delivery.*
We refine your design – Our team will adjust based on your feedback.

What's Included in a Revision?

Minor adjustments (colors, fonts, small layout changes)
Social media graphic refinements
Minor refinements for clarity & consistency

What's NOT Included?

Completely new design concepts
Major structural changes after approval

4. Need additional revisions?

Since our products are custom digital assets, we offer up to 5 revisions to ensure your final design meets your expectations. We are committed to refining and perfecting your brand identity to deliver the best possible result.

Submit a Revision Request:

Email us at support@fjorra.store with: - Your project name - Requested changes (be as specific as possible) - Any reference images (if applicable) We’ll review and process your revision within 1-2 business days!

Pricing for Additional Revisions:

- Up to 5 free revisions included in your package. - Extra revisions available for €50 per request. Want to avoid extra charges? Make sure to provide clear feedback in each request to maximize your included revisions!

5. Refunds

Since our products are custom digital assets, we do not offer refunds once the design process has started. However, we are committed to working with you to refine and perfect the final result.

Refunds may be considered only in cases where:

No work has been started.
There has been a technical issue preventing delivery.
A request is made within 24 hours of purchase and before the first design asset is sent.
